Alison Hill, Principal Strategist

Alison is a veteran B2B demand generation marketer with more than 25 years of experience building a well-rounded, full-funnel toolkit. She’s helped grow small organizations to both acquisition and IPO, as well as raised venture capital. She has worked on lean, resourceful teams and within robust marketing organizations with full tech stacks and large budgets.

Ensuring clients hit their goals is part of her DNA. She understands what it takes to build a successful strategy and execute the details. She prides herself on thinking long-term while acting in the “now”—getting the pipeline flowing while maintaining a roadmap to avoid future complex issues. Above all, she focuses on the numbers and is in it with you.

Alison holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of Missouri—Columbia and a Master of Arts in Communications from the University of Texas at Austin.

The 3H Marketing Brand History

The 3H Marketing logo has a unique history. During the company naming process, many ideas were considered—but one kept rising to the top. It felt serendipitous and perfectly captured the essence of what 3H represents: forward motion, or momentum, for our clients.

The story behind the brand itself is deeply rooted in history. Traditionally, cattle ranchers used brands to visually identify livestock, whether while driving a herd from one location to another or to recover a lost animal. Their "brand" was their "logo," often registered—just like today’s logos.

Shown here is the cattle brand used by Alison Hill's grandfather, Herbert H. Hill. If you look closely, you’ll recognize how the brand is burnished to form the letters 3H. It’s an honor to carry this family history forward into the next century through 3H Marketing.
